Public Gig Dates for 2008 Arizona will be appearing at The Lodge on the following dates throughout 2008:

Recorded between October 2007 and March 2008, Arizona's debut album 'In The Zone!' will be available to buy at The Lodge gig this Friday 14th March. Produced and mixed by Nigel at Middle C Productions, the CD features 13 fantastic tracks:

October 2007 Saturday 20th October was was of the best nights of the Arizona 2007 calendar as the band played at a dinner dance at Chelmsford's famous Shire Hall in celebration of 50 years of Chelmsford Gang Shows. A huge crowd of Scouting organisers enjoyed the black tie evening dancing the night away to Arizona in the grand first floor ballroom. As the evening progressed, some of the local night club revellers were seen to be dancing outside the hall in the high street as the sounds floated out in the night!

Friday June 1st
Thanks to all of you who came along to the gig on Friday 1st June. Considering it was the same night as England v Brazil, the house was packed again - although predictably, the crowd was predominantly girlies. Still, who are we to complain? we love playing Kool & The Gang's 'Ladies Night'! We used the gig as a good opportunity to air no fewer than 7 new songs to the set - all of which went down a storm. To see everyone's hands in the air for our cover of Take That's 'Back For Good' was a joy to behold, and you could feel the floor shake when we cranked out The Proclaimers '500 Miles' - with a hundred or so "Dad da da da's" being chanted in the choruses - massive fun! If you missed us - don't let it happen again! We're back at the end of August, watch this space for further details. In the mean time, the band will be taking time out during the summer, for the odd holiday or two, but more importantly, to get back in the studio to record some more songs for the next CD. As soon as we have started I'll post some photos on this page. See you soon! 10th Anniversary gig - the Lodge After a long build up and much anticipation, the Arizona 10th Anniversary gig at The Lodge was a massive success. The medium-sized country inn was packed to the gunnels with fans of the band crammed in front, to the sides, and even (to the slight concern of our drummer Steve) behind the band. It almost felt like the walls were starting to bow outwards towards the end of the night. If you were there, you'll remember what fun we all had!
An audio treat - those of you there at the beginning of the gig may remember Nigel's intro soundtrack, entiitled 'One Night At The Bates Motel' - wacky, camp, disturbing and totally insane, have another listen and worry!
